In 2017, Blue Water merged with David James Company, an integrated marketing communications agency that specializes in associations and non-profit organizations.
Blue Water is a member of PR Boutiques International (PRBI), a global network of boutique public relations firms founded by people who put client service first. Each agency in PRBI has an area of specialization. Blue Water Communications has been selected as the PRBI agency for museums.
PRBI member agencies are located throughout North America, Asia, South America, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the Middle East. Through their collaboration in PRBI, members offer the personalized, senior-level expertise of the boutique firm combined with the broad, international reach and market specialization of much larger agencies. Blue Water’s founder and president, Lynnette Werning, serves on the executive committee of PRBI as Vice President.
Lynnette Werning is also a certified Strategic Planning Professional (SPP) through the Association of Strategic Planning. With her SPP certification, she joins a distinguished cohort of global strategic planning professionals.
